Led by Dr. Tomlinson: experience and compassion combined

Dr. David Tomlinson is a board-certified family physician, MIT-trained mechanical engineer, Navy veteran, and Clinical Assistant Professor at Brown University who has dedicated 20+ years to advancing newborn circumcision safety.

Dr. Tomlinson serves as a consultant to the World Health Organization, National Institutes of Health, and Gates Foundation, developing circumcision training programs used internationally. He pioneered the Minimally Invasive AccuCirc® device after testifying as an expert witness in over 15 medical malpractice cases involving catastrophic newborn injuries from outdated circumcision devices — experiences that have informed his commitment to advancing safer, evidence-based alternatives.
