Unlike hospital procedures performed by on-call providers, SafeCirc® offers unhurried outpatient care in a calm, welcoming environment. Families from all over New England travel to our Center for our specialized care, and we encourage you to tour our facility before your baby arrives.

Led by Dr. Tomlinson: experience and compassion combined
Dr. David Tomlinson is a board-certified family physician, MIT-trained mechanical engineer, Navy veteran, and Clinical Assistant Professor at Brown University who has dedicated 20+ years to advancing newborn circumcision safety.
Dr. Tomlinson serves as a consultant to the World Health Organization, National Institutes of Health, and Gates Foundation, developing circumcision training programs used internationally. He pioneered the Minimally Invasive AccuCirc® device after testifying as an expert witness in over 15 medical malpractice cases involving catastrophic newborn injuries from outdated circumcision devices — experiences that have informed his commitment to advancing safer, evidence-based alternatives.
