Now you have a choice in newborn male circumcision care

Minimally Invasive AccuCirc®

The Minimally Invasive AccuCirc® sets a new standard in male circumcision with its foreskin holder. This revolutionary improvement ensures precise tissue removal by applying gentle pressure to hold the foreskin in place. By aligning the foreskin accurately before incision, providers reduce the risk of tissue discrepancies. When combined with pen marking, this innovative feature minimizes the chances of over- or under-removal of tissue, guaranteeing optimal outcomes for newborn males undergoing circumcision.

How it Works

The Conventional Way

Most providers today make an extra incision in the foreskin called a dorsal slit that allows them to insert a shield. When making a dorsal slit, a provider can accidentally injure the penis. Many providers today use a safety pin to close the dorsal slit and help align the foreskin. This is not what a safety pin was designed for and can cause unnecessary trauma and pain. The safety pin also only pulls on one side of the foreskin making alignment difficult.

The Minimallly Invasive - AccuCirc® Way

The shield of the Minimally Invasive AccuCirc® is designed to be inserted without making a dorsal slit. This reduces the risk of pain and eliminates the risk of injury associated with this step.

The Minimally Invasive AccuCirc® also incorporates a foreskin holder. This revolutionary improvement helps ensure the correct amount of tissue is removed. The foreskin holder applies gentle pressure on the foreskin, holding it in place, and allowing the provider to align the foreskin very accurately all the way around the shield before making the incision. When used in conjunction with a pen mark this innovative proprietary feature reduces the risk of removing too much or too little tissue. This helps ensure a very accurate procedure.

Safer

The Minimally Invasive AccuCirc® uses a proprietary shield to protect the tip of the penis and is designed to eliminate mismatching parts. This is an engineering solution. This ensures the correct size shield is used with the correct size clamp, no matter what, and guarantees that the tip of the penis is protected during the procedure. Other clamps do not have this feature. If the provider makes a simple mistake and mismatches the parts of the clamps, the newborn is not protected and serious injuries can result.
